Ingredients :
150g cream cheese (or vegan alternative)
50g grated Gruyère
1 generous handful of froodies sweet corn
fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions :
Mix the creame cheese, Gruyère & froodies sweet corn until smooth.
Shape into small bite-sized balls.
Roll each one in a mix of froodies corn and/or chives for that crispy, savory coating.
Chill & serve for an easy snack, appetizer or just on their own.
