
Cobb Salad
This version of the iconic Cobb Salad gets a fruity upgrade with froodies freeze-dried apples — perfect for balance, texture, and a little surprise in every bite! A hearty classic with a sweet crunch twist 🍏

Ingredients :
Salad base :
2 large handfuls of crisp lettuce (romaine or your favorite mix)
A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cucumber, sliced
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
2 slices grilled bacon, crumbled
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
1 small shallot, finely chopped
A handful of froodies freeze-dried apple pieces
Crumbled blue cheese (to taste)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Dressing :
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions :
Make the dressing by whisking together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Assemble the salad: on a large plate or in a bowl, layer the lettuce as a base. Arrange chicken, bacon, egg, tomatoes, cucumber, shallot, blue cheese, and froodies apples in sections or rows for that iconic Cobb look.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and drizzle with the dressing just before serving.
Toss gently if desired… or serve as is for maximum visual wow!
